Registration
1. Registration Procedures
i. Register at the link given at section (2).
ii. Fill-in completely the registration form.
iii. Submit (A confirmation email will be automatically sent).
iv. Print the confirmation as a proof of registration.
v. Name tags and goodies will be distributed on the day of the symposium, upon payment of fees.
vi. Entries to the form is not limited to any languages in particular.

Note 1: The Symposium is opened to the general public. However, materials will not be provided. Prior registration is not required.
Note 2: Upon payment of (A) Participation Fees, a flash drive with the papers, a commemorative tote bag and lunch box during the symposium will be provided.
Note 3: For the get-together dinner as well as dinner party, regardless of general attendees or paid participants, fees will be collected.
Note 4: All fees shown and transactions are transacted in Japanese Yen (¥) for ease of accounting.
Note 5: Registration after 1st July 2019 will be subjected to a quota limiting the number of registrations, and registration may be rejected. As all documents are printed in Taiwan and sent to Japan, please register as soon as possible.
Note 6: As an example, participants registering for (A) Participation, (B) Get-together Dinner and (C) Dinner Party as a general participant on 1st of May would have to pay ¥3000 + ¥4000 + ¥1000 = ¥8000. Participants are to make payment at the reception on the day of the symposium.
